DOUBLE-BLIND REVIEW

AITI 2027 follows a double-blind peer-review process, in which the identities of authors and reviewers are concealed from each other during the review process.

Authors must prepare their manuscripts to ensure anonymity throughout the review process. Failure to comply with the double-blind review policy may result in rejection without review.

To prepare a manuscript for double-blind review, authors should:

  • Remove author names, affiliations, email addresses, and other identifying information from the manuscript.
  • Remove acknowledgments and funding information that could reveal the authors' identities.
  • Refer to their own previously published work in the third person rather than using identifying expressions such as "my" or "our."
  • Ensure that figures, tables, supplementary materials, and appendices do not contain identifying information.
  • Anonymize references to unpublished work and other materials that could reveal the authors' identities.
  • Review the entire manuscript carefully to minimize the possibility of author identification.

Authors should retain appropriate citations to relevant prior work while ensuring that the manuscript remains anonymous.

AUTHOR GUIDELINES

Originality, Plagiarism, and Dual Submissions

By submitting a manuscript to AITI 2027, authors confirm that the work is original and has not been previously published or accepted for publication in substantially similar form. Manuscripts must not contain substantial overlap with other submissions currently under review at another conference, workshop, or journal.

All submissions are subject to plagiarism and originality checks. Violations of the conference's publication ethics and submission policies may result in immediate rejection.

Registration, Presentation, and Attendance Expectations

At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the applicable registration rate and present the paper at the conference in accordance with the conference's presentation requirements.
